Very clean, nice and quiet, and I love all the amenities. The day beds by the pool are so comfy and the hot tub is perfect. |Recommended: YesI’ve been living at Modera for over two years now. Some high and lows, but one thing that remained consistent was the leasing staff, particularly Naki. He is extremely helpful under any circumstance, going above and beyond his job title. His warmth creates a comfortability that is incomparable and invaluable. I am extremely grateful for his presence. In my humble opinion, he definitely deserves a raise, promotion, all of the above. Great energy and very helpful

|Recommended: YesModera Maintenance Team — The Modera maintenance team is the best. They always respond quickly and very helpful. They have been very punctual and efficient whenever there's been relative issues in the apartment.
On Super Bowl Sunday, we had a complex kitchen sink plumbing issue. Eduardo responded quickly with Luiz, on his day off, showing up shortly after. They spent a few hours in which they made the repairs. The maintenance team are awesome.
