|Recommended: YesPeaceful, Divine Living — The Modera Hollywood is dreamy. This is where you want to be for a life of city lights, right in the middle of Hollywood. The apartment interiors are incredible My unit is spacious and beautifly designed. All the amenities are incredible...above and beyond what I saw at other luxury apartments. I'm so satisfied with my choice to live at the Modera Hollywood. Also, I feel completely safe. The leasing office staff is friendly and the maintenance staff is on top of it all.

After living a nightmare experience at park La brea, it’s so nice to feel truly at home.

|Recommended: YesModera Hollywood is a beautifully and thoughtfully designed place. It's a great place to live. Stephanie is a very competent building manager and always gets back to you about your queries. Rachel and Kareem -- the front desk staff and leasing agents -- are very courteous and friendly. The maintenance staff are hard working and keep the common areas glowing. They are also very nice people. I would totally recommend living at Modera Hollywood.
